District 46 Schedules Report June 2024:275 copies of June-July Schedules were printed and will be available at the District meeting. There were only three changes/ additions this month to the schedule. NOTE: If anyone has special dates or special upcoming events, please let me know and I will include them on the next month’s schedule!

District 46 RegistrarSchedules Report May 17, 2024 from Mike Antrim
275 copies of the May-June Dist 46 Schedules will be available at the District meeting. There were just a few changes/additions this month. One address correction (Eastsound group), one meeting back active after 2 months on temporary cancellation (Fidalgo Sat 6 pm Beginners), one meeting change to closed from open status (Whidbey Island Group), one Zoom meeting changed to in person (Oak harbor Sun).
There was a positive response last month to the new format that includes the QR codes for the District website and for the AA Literature Rack.

250 copies of latest schedules will be available at the District Meeting Jan 20. There were several meeting changes/additions. To my knowledge, no one has volunteered to take on schedules for the next rotation; I will continue to do schedules along with my new position as District Registrar— actually schedules and Registrar are very compatible. I am certainly willing to help someone take over the schedules.

200 copies of Dec-Jan schedules were printed (green). There were no requests for changes from last month schedules (Nov-Dec).
All GSRs and other meeting reps should pick up schedules for their meetings. Let Mike know if you need additional schedules.

New schedules for October-November will be available at the October 21 District Meeting. There are SEPARATE SCHEDULES FOR EACH ISLAND (Lopez and Orcas are combined). GSRs should pick up schedules for their islands. Let me (Mike) know if you need additional schedules. Separate Island schedules and the overall District 46 schedule are also posted on the District 46 website.

I have experimented with a new format for printed schedules that will be available at the August meeting. In addition to the regular schedules that include all Dist 46 meetings, I have created separate one sheet schedules (front/back) for the separate Islands. So, each Island can have their own schedule (Orcas and Lopez are combined though).
SINCE I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND the August meeting, PLEASE BE SURE ALL ARE AWARE OF THE SEPARATE ISLAND SCHEDULES AND THAT THEY ONLY TAKE THIER OWN ISLAND'S SCHEDULE! THEY SHOULD ALSO TAKE SOME COPIES OF THE REGULAR SCHEDULE THAT INCLUDES ALL ISLANDS
ANYWAY, I am having printed printed will be as follows:
200 COPIES: REGULAR SCHEDULES--INCLUDES ALL ISLANDS--2PAGES AS ALWAYS
50 copies each for each island one page front and back. Each island has a different color.
NOTE; THIS ENDS UP BEING THE SAME NUMBER OF PIECES OF PAPER AS THE REGULAR PRINTING OF 300 COPIES.

A new format was added for schedules last month. This involved creating separate schedules for each Island (except with Lopez and Orcas combined). I would like to get input regarding this change at the September meeting to determine if this change should be continued. Therefore, I have printed 150 copies (not the usual 300) of the same overall District 46 schedule to be available at the September meeting. This the same schedule as last month. There were a couple of requests for changes however. I plan to confirm these changes at the September meeting and print separate Island special schedules to reflect these changes. At the September meeting, I will ask GSR’s how many Island specific copies they would request. I will then print these up and mail them to the GSR’s within the next week.
