200 copies of the updated schedules for December will be available at the December Business meeting. Kari H will be the new Schedules person. I have worked with the transition with Kari over the last 2 months. Kari actually did the December schedules, including ordering the printing with Bayshore!
Changes/additions included
1) changing the time for the Raven meeting from 5 pm to 6 pm;
2) adding the 12 PM Saturday Fidalgo meeting (not sure why this had been left off previous schedule);
3) adding a Friday Fidalgo meeting (7-8 PM games and 8-9 candlelight meeting. Updates to the Meeting Guide were also made.
Future schedule requests for changes/additions for printed and Meeting Guide-- should be made to Kari H.

District 46 Schedules

200 copies of the November (Winter) schedules will be available at the November Business Meeting. Recall that all changes are also made to the MEETING GUIDE.
I am happy to report that I worked on this update with the new incoming (2026) Schedules person!!! Changes/updates included:
1. The title was changed to "Winter" Dec-Jan-Feb ; previously was "Fall" Sept-Oct--Nov
2. A new meeting was added to the Oak Harbor Group: Tuesday Women's 12 pm closed
3. a new meeting was added to Lopez--Thurs 6-7 Literature, hybrid
4. new Zoom ID's were added to Lopez meetings
5. A correction of time was made to the Meeting Guide for the Mon and Wed 7 am meetings; previously these were listed as 7 to 7:30; changed to read 7 to 8.

200 copies of the updated printed schedule will be available at the D46 meeting Oct 18; changes/updates include (a) cancellation of Fidalgo 6:30 am Friday meeting; (b) change in starting time of Fidalgo Monday and Friday 6:30 am meetings to 7:00 am; (c) seasonal change in location of Raven group from the beach to the Swinomish Gym; (d) indication of Hybrid to the Tuesday Night Men's Meeting (Friday Harbor). These changes were also made to the Meeting Guide. I reached out the the District 4 (Skagit County) DCM and schedules person asking that they indicate on their schedule a link to our meetings on Fidalgo Island/Anacortes. This request was made as their schedule is titled "SKAGIT COUNTY AA SCHEDULE"; the issue is that Anacortes in Skagit County and a person with this schedule may be trying to locate meetings in Anacortes. They indeed added a link to our schedule on their website and also will be making a note of this on their printed schedule.

200 copies of the latest schedule will be available at the Sept Business Meeting. The new schedule is designated as FALL (Sept Oct Nov). As usual updates are made and printed each month, but the season designation helps with "shelf-life" for schedules. The only changes this month were: (1) addition of a new meeting, "FRIED CHECK-IN". Orcas Island 6:30 Wednesday; (2) requested changes for Fellowship of the Spirit to change the designation of BB to LIT and to add YP ( "Young Persons" ) to both their Monday and Thursday meetings. I'm not sure though how best to indicate this as with the designation "YP" it may appear that it is especially meant for young persons when I think the intent was just to be sure that young people know that they are welcome at all meetings!. Perhaps we could just add a note in the legend saying "Note: young persons are welcome at all meetings"; I will bring this up at the district meeting.

200 COPIES of schedules were printed and will be available at the August District meeting. There were no significant changes requested this month for the printed schedules. There was one address correction requested for THE MEETING GUIDE--The Room Group (Whidbey)--street name was not given.
I did prepare chart listing meeting details for our district (below and attached). This will be shared at our Business Meeting. (Perhaps it would be nice to post it also on our website) Summary: 41 groups listed on the schedule (registered and known non-registered); 100 meetings per week; 80 listed as open, 17 listed as closed, 6 men's meetings, 12 women's meeting, 16 Zoom only 11 hybrid; a listing of special topic meetings is also noted: 7 Big Book, 4 speaker, 3 12X12, 2 Grapevine, 1 LGBTQ, 3 Literature, 2 As Bill Sees It, 2+ Birthday, 1 Newcomers, 0 Secular, 0 Childcare, 0 Young Persons.

200 copies of the updated Summer schedule will be available at the July 19 Business meeting. The only changes were:
1. The addition of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:30 AM meetings for the FIDALGO GROUP; there are now 16 meetings per week for the Fidalgo Group.
2. The Way Out Group was removed from the schedule; it had been listed as "postponed until further notice"
(these changes were also made on the Meeting Guide)
A separate change was made to the Meeting Guide as I was informed that all the Langley group meetings have been incorrectly listed with a ZOOM designation in the Meeting Guide even though NO ZOOM ID was given. This was corrected and the Meeting Guide no longer has the ZOOM designation for these meetings. This was only a problem on the Meeting Guide, not on the printed schedule.

200 copies of the District schedule will be available at the June Business Meeting. Several changes/additions were made, including: No Reservations (monthly speaker meeting added to schedule); Lopez (change of time on Meeting Guide); Oak Harbor (added 6 pm Monday meeting); Raven Group (changed location to beach); Langley (added 12 pm Monday meeting); Fidalgo Group (canceled Friday 7 pm meeting). Remember, all these changes were also made to the Meeting Guide. Several additional changes were noted at the last business meeting, but these were not yet confirmed by the GSRs considering the changes. As usual, please let me know if you have any changes/additions for the District schedule.

200 updated schedules were printed and will be available at the May Business Meeting. Several changes/additions were made this month including changes to the Pioneer Group, and The Room group. These changes were also made for the Meeting Guide. There was an addition to the schedule of the meeting “Awake at 8”. As always, GSR’s should let me know of any changes in times, locations, etc. for their meeting.

200 copies of our schedules were printed and will be available at the monthly District meeting. There were very few changes to the schedule this month. These changes were also made to the Meeting Guide. As usual, please let me know of any changes to meeting times, locations, etc. Also, If anyone is interested in volunteering for the positions of schedules and/or Registrar for the next rotation (starting next year), I would be happy to have you as an “apprentice” to learn the “trade” this year!

200 copies of the printed schedules will be available at the March district meeting. Several changes and corrections were made. These were also made on the Meeting Guide App, the District Website and the Area website. Note that I am using the heading " SPRING - March, April, May", rather than just the title of "March"; this was by request. There is still an indication that it was updated 3/12/2025. New schedules will be updated monthly as in the past, but with the broader designation of the season, the schedules can have a longer "shelf-life". As always, I request that district members contact me for any changes/corrections needed for the printed schedule AND on the Meeting Guide app.
