GSRs General Service Conference UPDATE
  1. So you have attended the Northern District's 3-14 preconference assembly or District 25's virtual assembly; now you know what our Delegate Courtney is specifically looking for feedback on. You didn't attend one of these assemblies? Or you need a quick reference sheet? Click HERE for a summary/recap and more.
  2. Once you have a good sense of the topics Courtney wants feedback on, you go back to your group and get their take. Perhaps it becomes a group conscience. Don't worry if you can't cover all the topics- Courtney is on record saying she'd rather have several good discussions than people just breezing through the items. 
  3. Now that you have the groups feedback, you need to somehow get it to our delegate Courtney. How to do this? 
  4. First, the deadline: it's Sunday, April 19th.
  5. Next, login to the area website and click on the delegates corner tab. You won't be able to view unless you're logged in. 
  6. Scroll down to "2026 General Service Conference Information" and then click on the Group Conscience Feedback Google Form. Just follow the form and you will be able to share the voice of your group with our delegate Courtney, who then takes it to the 2026 General Service Conference. 
  7. Have some last minute info to pass on to Courtney? There's a Share with your Delegate event being held on the same day, 4-19 from 9 am to 10:30 am. We are now taking the GSR and elected/appointed reports and putting them online in order to more fully share our experience, strength and hope. It also allows folks who cannot make it to the business meeting the ability to access this information.  

You can find them by mousing over the GSR tab at the top of the screen and selecting "GSR Reports" in the sub-menu. 

Elected/Appointeds can submit reports on the Trusted Servants page.

  • Service activities/group report since last meeting?
  • Service activities/group plans for next business Meeting? 
  • Any new business/problems or solutions you would like To share? 
  • What is your group doing to reach out to the still suffering Alcoholic?
