GSR Reports
July 2024
Ginger Richard GSR, Oak Harbor [email protected]
The group continues to struggle with attendance at both general meetings and at the business mtgs. However, since adding the Saturday noon mtg, we are able to keep going and now have 4 meetings per week. Our checkbook balances with the bank statements, but we have not generated enough funds beyond the prudent reserve to be able to forward any funds to district, area or GSO. We do continue to keep the doors open and are actively seeking ways to reduce out expenses. Ginger Richard, GSR
Gary E. GSR, North of Twelve [email protected].
There is nothing new to add. Meetings are well attended. We have no current issues. No changes.
Marilyn G. GSR, Friday Night Old Group
The Friday Night Old Group is going strong and seems to be growing well in attendance. I went to two Delegate report backs online and also read quite a bit on the Area website to get a report together to bring back to the group. This meeting's group conscience is to meet quarterly for business meetings. I gave my report back from Crystal last Friday night on the four topics I had picked to discuss from Pre-Conference. We don't have a large attendance in our business meetings but about 6 did stay for my report back. I love being able to share this information with my group to keep them informed on AA as a whole with this level of service. I am absolutely seeing some eyes open up as it is new to them. Yay!!!In Gratitude,
Marilyn G.
Russ H GSR Friday Harbor Group. [email protected]
Russ here for Tuesday men’s meeting. Group attendance has continued to be strong with occasional visitors and travlers. Our treasure has been seeking a replacement but has not found one yet. We believe some of the men don’t want to step into the treasure position due to the complexity of dealing with the banks. We will continue to try. Our pamphlets and display are in ok order but could use a refill soon. We have plenty of other literature available for sale or gift if needed. Yours in service, Russ H.
Lori M. GSR Lopez Group [email protected]
We are still experiencing rather low turnout.
There is nothing new to report at this time.
I am grateful for the opportunity to be of service. Thank-you. Lori

Blur Box Group is doing well: two meetings a week from 7:30-8:30 attended by 10-20 people. Tuesdays are Big Book or 12 and 12, one or two paragraphs at a time. Fridays is Pass It On, reading 3-5 paragraphs at a time to allow people to relate. When we finish, we will move to Dr. Bob and the Good Old Timers.
We just changed our monthly birthday meeting to the last Friday of the month.
There is also a women's meeting on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00
