Hello fellow servants.
This is my report for the month of April and part of March. Through reaching out with May H, (CPC chair), we received information from Cypress long-term care facility. They were interested in having meetings brought into the facility for those who are not able to get out. More on that later. Also, together with Al-Anon I went to the Friendship House in Mount Vernon at the Family Care Center and also a family rehab center and gave them contact information for AA along with schedules and pamphlets. I also reached out to the Swinomish Indian Reservation Tribe Rehabilitation Center and left contact information along with schedules. I've also been in contact with Fidalgo Group PI (that's Erica) and she is also interested in getting information out contacting people in areas that have our schedules and contact information. More on that later. I am also taking a trip to San Juan Island along with Jack from Al-Anon to connect and leave information at facilities there, and to go to a meeting and introduce myself. I will not be able to attend tomorrow's meeting as I have accessibility quarterly tomorrow. Have a great time guys and gals. In loving service

I got in touch with the Area 72 Accessibility Chair. The next quarterly is still not decided whether it's in Longview or Bellingham. The District 46 CPC chair and I delivered pamphlets, schedules and contact information to the hospital emergency discharge nurses and the upstairs nurses. We also went to Fidalgo Rehab Center and spoke with the social services person there who also took some pamphlets, schedules and contact information. We also reached out to the hospice rehab center next to the Fidalgo rehab and spoke with the social services person there and also gave her the information that she wanted. We also went to Cypress rehab center and made connections there with the head nurse and the social worker there, delivering pamphlets, schedules and contact information. I also reached out this week and delivered schedules & contact information to the Social Services at the reservation office and delivered schedules and contact information there along with the police station on the reservation. That's all I have to report for now. I have submitted a receipt for the accessibility's chair to the treasurer for reimbursement.

Good afternoon, Fellow trusted servants. I trust all is well with you all.
I met with trusted CPC chair May last week, she was kind enough to help me navigate through the area 72 web page to find out when the next quarterly for Accessibilities is held, we found that it is on the 3rd Saturday in April, but no address was given. I reached out again to Accessibilities Chair for Area 72. I have not heard back yet. As your Accessibilities Chair I want to put it out there to all you GSRs if there is anything I can do to help, inform, listen, etc. please don't hesitate to let me know. Accessibilities covers a broad range of topics. Primary of course is ... are people getting to meetings or information re: meetings? Be aware of your fellow alcoholics and ask... Do you know of anyone having trouble getting to meetings for any reason? That's how this works. Thank you for your trust and I will keep you updated. In loving service,

Hello,
I am pleased to report that I had an educational hour or so with our CPC chair, May. We tried to order the manual for Accessibilities thru AA .org but their website had issues regarding ordering the book.
I will look into it. I have offered to give a short presentation at the Fidalgo group. - and any other group in district 46. The quarterly meeting for Accessibilities was today, I was not there because I was at the district meeting today. I look forward to the next one which I believe falls on the same day as our district meeting . I am open to meet any group that would like to participate and connect with me! In loving service.
